* Better process for adding notes and attachments to existing service tickets
* Helpful, relevant knowledge base articles for your company and problem
* Ability to internally manage your team user logins and profile information
* Improved communication through Service Provider Announcements
* Co-Managed Service Desk mode for Client Portal enables internal IT resources to share responsibilities with our Service Desk (ask your account manager for details)
