The Account Manager’s main role is to build and maintain new & existing customer relationships in the medium business market. They will need to be experienced in providing Microsoft technology solutions that encompass many different products and services and focusing on “Business Needs”. The Account Manager will need to be well versed in engaging and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within an organisation.
This could be an opportunity for someone with experience at the small-business level to grow into a larger customer base.
Ø Provide Microsoft based solutions in the small or medium business market (5-100 user sites)
Ø Be self motivated and able to time manage effectively to get the most out of each day
Ø Be able to communicate effectively with other team members within the organisation
Ø Be willing to go the extra mile for customers
Ø Have excellent communication skills and be able articulate solutions for customers in a non-technical fashion
Ø Be able to work under pressure and get fantastic results
Ø Understands the importance of technology in business.
